Rule 65
Mediator's Expenses
: (1) Remuneration of the Mediator established by the Government of Nepal in accordance with Sub-Section (3) of Section 119 of the Act, management expenses incurred by the Mediator during negotiation or discussion in connection with dispute resolution, lunch and food expenses, transportation expenses, etc. The amount will be borne by the Government of Nepal
(2) The remuneration or allowance of the arbitrator shall be in accordance with the standards determined by the Ministry of Facilities with the consent of the Ministry of Finance.
